ENGAGE your employees in volunteerism. Contact Shelby Williams at shelby.williams@unitedwayjc.org to discuss how to build or strengthen an employee volunteer program.
Employee volunteer programs vary across businesses. It could be as simple as sharing information about volunteer opportunities with employees to developing single, monthly or annual team projects. Some companies give employees release time, have dollars available to donate to programs where their employees volunteer, or organize in-kind contribution drives. The Volunteer Center can help tailor a program that meets your company’s business goals, your employee’s interests and our community’s needs.
