Certificate in Volunteer Management

Kirkwood Community College and the Volunteer Center of Johnson County are presenting a series of classes for anyone interested in working with volunteers or volunteer programs.  Students can earn a certificate in Volunteer Manangement by completing six core courses (six hours each).  The courses include:  Developing Your Volunteer Program; Recruit, Screen and Place Volunteers; Orientation and Training Volunteers; Leadership and Supervision of Volunteers; Volunteer Appreciation, Retention and Recognition; Evaluating Your Volunteer Program.  Click here for more information and the registration form.
