United Ways of Iowa Public Policy: United Ways of Iowa began collaborating on public policy in 2006. Since that time, United Ways of Iowa has become a strong voice at the State Capitol. United Way is viewed as the go-to resource on health and human services in the state of Iowa. Many public officials value the information and leadership that United Ways provide across the state.

Speak out nationally to improve education, income, and health requires changes in public policy. LIVE UNITED is not about Democrat vs. Republican; it’s about understanding our nation’s crises and coming together to solve them.
